Saab 9-3 / 9-5 Banana remote 8549834 4711974 4711966

This unit needs to be programed before it will function.  This is a simple matter with the Saab tec-2 scan-tool.  A dealer usually charged around $50 for this service.  Will work with cars that use the "key remote" as well as the banana.  It is simply a different thing.  It will probably need a new battery.

This part was removed from a 1999 9-5 sedan. Will fit all models 9-3 and 9-5, from years 1999 to 2005.  Part numbers known to interchange are 8549834 4711974 4711966
