This unit is out of a recent crash damaged 1971 350sl (R107 / W107 chassis). This unit is a factory remanufactured unit, I am reasonably certain that this unit is only a few years old (see pictures)... Have you priced this from Bosch? My price is about 1/5 the rebuilt part price. My list shows this should fit 1969 - 1970 1971 R107 cars with D-Jetronic (350 models-all US models only) Your best bet is to check the part number of the ECU you are trying to replace with this items part number to make sure they are the same. These antique D-Jet injection "Computers" have not been easy to find for years now, and this is a good functional one in what I could call physically "excellent" condition. You might not find one nicer for ANY price as these units are about as rare as hens teeth. Note, I will warranty this unit against DOA, but that is all due to the age of the unit. ***!!!RARE ECU ALERT!!!***
