My list shows this should fit 1972-1974 R107 & W116 cars with D-Jetronic (450 models-all US models only) Your best bet is to check the part number of the ECU you are trying to replace with this items part number to make sure they are the same. These antique D-Jet injection "Computers" have not been easy to find for years now, and this is a good functional one in what I could call physically "excellent" condition. You might not find one nicer for ANY price.
