Bosch Part number-- 0 261 203 524 / 0261203524  ) , mercedes part number-- A-017 545 61 32 / A0175456132 / 0175456132  . This ECU came out of a 96 W202 Mercedes C220 2.2 Liter. My list shows this also fits some 95 models. May fit other models/years, but as always your best bet is to match the part number to the one on your original ECU. Cheapest one of these I could find new was over $1900. This one is used but works fine.
