Up for sales is good used Mercedes temp control. This in concert with the climate control panel controls the fan speed. If this is defective you may have no or intermittent fan operation. This should fit some w123's and w126's. 1982-1985 mostly. These are located above the glovebox on the w123's and near the blower motor on w126's, check your part number to be sure. A defective unit can also cause no or intermittent climate control function. This is not the only thing that can cause these problems in W124 / W123 Mercedes cars, but it is a probable one. These units are very expensive to buy new, and you don't have to! get a good working one here for cheap, and with a 30 day functionality warranty. You can't beat this.
