Up for sale is a Working, in excellent condition Mercedes E-gas multi function Control unit. This is for W140 models with the inline 6 engine, and this exact control unit. - it was out of a 1995 S320 that was crash damaged, and still ran.  No check lights on.

This controls the throttle & the ABS system, and other sub systems use it as a pass-threw. This unit commonly fails and causes a whole host of drivability problems with these cars.
