Listed here is a good used Saab Headlight switch.   This unit functions properly.  Removed from an 05 with xenon headlights.  This switch may require programming before it will work if you are adding fog lights to your car.  

Please note, these switches almost always have broken tabs.  There is no way to remove them from the dash without breaking some of them.  Quick Saab tech fix?  Wrap it with a layer of electrical tape before inserting it into the dash, that makes it fit snugly and prevents it from popping out.  It is in otherwise very nice shape.
