This is OEM Equipment for S80 models.  This is a good used, tested working switch, comes with a 60 day warranty.  These units are frequently damaged due to their location in the driver door... Ever leave your window down in a rain storm or spill a drink into your door?  If you did... this commonly wipes out these switches!  This also has the power mirror switches on it.
